Healthy and balanced nutrition is one of the keys to a healthy life. You may have heard the phrase "you are what you eat" and in a sense, this is true: a healthy balanced diet helps provide your body with the energy and nutrients it needs to function.
If you think you may need to improve your eating habits for a better nutrition to lose weight, gain weight or feel great and healthy in general, you are one step closer to your goal by being here. You can improve your health by keeping a proper and balanced diet. There are no 'god or bad' foods, there are less or more micro-nutrient dense foods. Yes, you should eat foods that contain vitamins and minerals, but balance is a key.
Combined with physical activity a nutrition plan (diet plan) created by me (RP Coach) can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, improve mood and boost mental health.
Most people can loose weight in the short-term, however over time the majority will regain the weight they lost. Why? Because most of the time these people are cutting out too much. Majority of people choose the diet or nutrition plan is impossible to sustain. That's why I promote and believe in 80/20 rule. It involves eating clean and healthy 80 percent of the time, and 20 percent of the time, you have the freedom to indulge a little. Don't get hooked on quick fixes and diet fads. You are safe, you won't find them here! You don't have to starve yourself to get results. Get leaner and stronger without sacrificing any of the foods you love!
